Bird Watching

With more than 400 bird species in this area it is no surprise that thousands of birders visit Selous every year.

These guided tours give you an opportunity to see numerous species including the African skimmer, white-fronted bee-eater, fish eagle, carmine, ibises, white-crowned spur-winged plovers, giant kingfishers, pink backed pelican, palmnut vultures, purple-crested turaco, yellow-billed stork and more.

Game Drives

Game drives are conducted early in the morning and late in the afternoon. From the pop up roof tourists take in the most rewarding views of the animals.

Hot Air Balloon Safaris

While in Tanzania you can enjoy the remarkable balloon safaris in Serengeti National Park and Selous game reserve in the southern part of Tanzania. It enchants visitors with an aerial view of the plains and different wild animals in the reserve.

Selous Fly-camping Tours
