You will embark on a journey starting from Zanzibar and traverse the finest parks in northern Tanzania by automobile, concluding your safari in Arusha. Day 1: Transfer  from Zanzibar Airport to Central Serengeti National Park.

Your departure will take place from Zanzibar Airport, and you will fly over the Indian Ocean for a duration of 1.5 hours. During the flight, you will also pass over the hinterland of Tanzania, the Ngorongoro Crater Highlands, and the extensive Serengeti region. Finally, you will make your descent at Seronera Airstrip. The aerial perspectives are unquestionably amazing. Within 30 minutes after exiting the aircraft, you will be seated in a 4×4 safari vehicle with a retractable roof, prepared to witness all the sights that the Serengeti has to offer. During the midday hours, there will be a designated time for a picnic break to have lunch and take a brief walk to stretch your legs before continuing on. In the late afternoon, you will be transported to Africa Safari Serengeti Ikoma for the overnight stay.

Day 2: Spend the entire day in Serengeti National Park.

Day 3: Serengeti National Park, full-day excursion:

Following breakfast at Africa Safari Serengeti Ikoma, you will commence your safari by heading in a northerly direction. The northern area of the Serengeti is less visited compared to the southern and central parts, providing a more personal safari experience. Ultimately, you will exit the park via Klein’s gate. You will be accommodated overnight in Africa Safari Maasai Boma, a contemporary rendition of a traditional Maasai earth dwelling featuring a private bathroom and a spacious king-sized bed.

Day 4: Engage in a comprehensive game drive throughout the Pololeti Game Reserve.

After completing your breakfast at Africa Safari Maasai Boma, you will return to the safari jeep to embark on another day of exploring the natural habitat in pursuit of animals. You will embark on an additional full-day excursion to observe wildlife. This time, we will be at the Pololeti Game Reserve, which is located just outside the Serengeti National Park. This location is genuinely an undiscovered treasure and is situated along the path of the Great Migration. The terrain consists of expansive meadows, wooded slopes, and rocky outcrops that serve as frequent vantage points for lions and leopards. On this  fifth day, we will be moving to the South Serengeti National Park, specifically the Ndutu area.

Ultimately, you will reach the southern region of Serengeti National Park, from where you will proceed with your expedition to Ndutu. Here is the upcoming lodging where you will be staying for the night, another exquisite location nestled in the heart of nature. If fortunate, elephants may pass by your tent.

Day 6: Visit to Ngorongoro Crater:

Ensure that you awaken early today to avoid any delay in your descend into the renowned Ngorongoro Crater. Upon your arrival in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, you will be captivated by the exquisite scenery that surrounds you. Furthermore, the experience is heightened when you reach the rim of the crater and behold the awe-inspiring panorama of one of the Earth’s remarkable natural wonders. Day 8: Embark on a leisurely stroll around Flamingo Lake in Lake Natron.

Begin your day by donning your walking shoes and accompanying a Maasai tribesman on a stroll around the shoreline of Lake Natron, where you will search for the smaller flamingoes. Lake Natron serves as the primary and consistent breeding location for lesser flamingoes in East Africa. During the breeding season, the lake accommodates a population of up to 2.5 million flamingos. Egg-laying and hatching primarily occur from September to January, with the highest activity observed between October and early December. In addition to the waterfowl, the lake’s very alkaline waters support only a few other bird species. You have the freedom to spend the rest of the day as you like. Day 9: Transportation to Arusha:

Every positive thing eventually comes to an end. Indulge in your final lunch at Africa Safari Lake Natron before departing for your trip to Arusha. Upon meeting your driver-guide at the reception, you will embark on a return drive to the original starting point. Remain vigilant, as the exceedingly uncommon gerenuk antelopes can be observed in close proximity to the road. Upon completing a 4-hour trip, you will return to Arusha, with your heart and camera brimming with recollections from your African safari escapade.
